Proline PTC4-4 Diamond Grit Multi-Purpose Hole Saw Cutter

Champion Cutting Tool Proline PTC4 Porcelain Tile Hole Cutter with industrial diamond grit is vacuum brazed to the raised cutting edge creating a strong bond between the diamond and tool body. This insures fast penetration of material and long tool life. The raised edge will insure accurate positioning. Thin walls will provide rapid penetration of material and reduce heat build up. The combination of diamond bond, tip and thin wall make the hole cutter very efficient. Core removal ejection slots on the sides of the hole cutter will allow removal of core material. Depending on the material being cut PTC4 can be used with dry, wet or with cutting wax lubrication. PTC4 can be used with either a hex or SDS shank adaptor. They can also be used with or without the pilot drill depending on the hardness of the material like granite or concrete. Softer materials like wood and plastic would benefit the use of a pilot drill. PTC4 can dry cut through Glass (with Pilot), polymers, fiberglass, decking, plywood, platics, laminates, acrylics(plexiglass), brick, paving. Additional materials require a wet (water) applications: travertine, marble, slate, ceraminc tile, porcelain, all grade 5 tile, granite, reinforced glass, quary tile/terracotta, agglomerate/cement tile.
