Evreux city administration confirms 'M Jean Bolivaud', native of 'Pont de Veyle', wishes to travel there for family matters. Requests unhindered passage, assistance if needed. Signed by mayor and council, countersigned by secretary. Noted arrival in Pont de Veyle on 16th April 1792. Framed, good condition, 25 x 39 cm including frame. Formerly part of André BERNHEIM's collection (1877-1961).
