Smith's sticker licker desktop office supply. Have not been able to find anything about it online, nor any other offerings on eBay. Overall, the device is in excellent condition, with the label cracking and chipping being the only real sign of age. The label states a pattern was applied for, but I cannot locate information on one ever being received.
